Budding artist and 17,000 year old luck dragon Shiori Saihoji is forced to suddenly drop out of school, due to a scandal caused by her anonymously published romance manga about her classmates.

With a final shred of desperation to complete the last few months required for graduation, she's forced to pour her money into admission to Nidhogg Academy - an upper-crust school for young female dragons. Finally confronted with a fresh start, her opportunity for a second chance slowly erodes as her enigmatic nature draws the attention of the ideal students she always wanted to write about in her manga.

Unfamiliar with friendship, unrehearsed in recognizing flirtation, and hyper aware of the deafening ticking clock of her next manga deadline, all she needs to do is play it cool for until the end of the semester.
